You can reach HVACConsultants.ca three ways: call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Office hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day, and the first conversation is about whether a package fits, not about selling you one.

What happens next

  1. You reach out

Call, text or email with a line about your business.

  2. We reply

Usually within one business day, on the channel you chose.

  3. You talk to a senior strategist

A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.

Call, text or email: which to choose

Each channel suits a different kind of first message.

  • Call if you'd rather explain the situation out loud. If we miss you, leave a short voicemail with your name, company and a good time to call back.
  • Text if you are on a job site and want to send a quick note. One or two lines is plenty.
  • Email if you want to send numbers or describe a longer story. Attachments are welcome but not needed.

All three reach the same place, and you'll talk to a senior strategist, not a call centre.

What to include in your first message

The more of these you can include, the more useful our first reply will be. None of them is required.

  1. Your company name and the city or region you serve
  2. Roughly how many trucks or technicians you run
  3. The main problem in one sentence, for example "quotes aren't closing" or "summer is full but January is empty"
  4. Any decision you're facing, such as a hire, a new service line or a new agency
  5. What you've already tried

A template you can copy and fill in:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We run about [number] trucks. The main problem is [one sentence]. We're trying to decide [decision] by [month]. Best time to reach me is [time].

What happens after you get in touch

The process is short and written down at each step.

Step What happens
1 We reply, usually within one business day, and arrange a first call
2 On the call, we ask about the business and the problem, and say honestly whether a package fits
3 If it does, we send a written proposal: package, scope, exclusions, timeline and fee
4 You decide. Nothing starts until you accept the written scope

If a package doesn't fit, we may suggest a single session through HVACConsultant.ca, one of our guides, or nothing at all.

Who you'll be speaking with

Your enquiry is read and answered by Ali Sedighi's office, and any package that follows is led by Ali himself. We won't pass your details to a sales team, because there isn't one. If your question is really about marketing execution, such as running ads or building a site, we'll explain how HVAC.Agency handles that and let you decide whether to take it further.

Common reasons owners get in touch

  • a season that was busier than ever but somehow less profitable
  • an agency contract up for renewal and no clear view of what it produced
  • a plan to add heat pumps, a second territory or a commercial division
  • an office that can't keep up with the phones in peak weeks
  • a new general manager or family member taking over day-to-day running

Privacy and what we do with your details

We use your contact details only to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to run your engagement. Our emails go only to people who wrote to us or called first, and a one-line request is enough to make them stop. Data you share for a package, such as job exports or account access, is handled as agreed in your written scope, and read-only access is used wherever possible.

Before you get in touch

If you'd like to understand the packages first, read the packages overview, check pricing to see how quotes are built, or browse the FAQ for questions on contracts, ownership and results. We are a marketing and business consulting service for HVAC companies, not a contractor, so please don't contact us for installation, repair or service. For those, contact a licensed HVAC company in your area.

Frequently asked questions

What is the quickest way to reach you?

A text to (604) 632-4959 with your company name, city and one line about the problem is usually quickest to act on. Calls and emails work just as well. We usually reply within one business day.

Do I pay anything before accepting a proposal?

No package work starts, and none is billed, until you accept a written proposal. The HVAC.Agency 7-day free trial, with no credit card, is also available if you'd like a marketing audit first.

Should I send financial statements in my first message?

No. Rough numbers are enough to start. If we move to a proposal, we will ask for specific data and explain how it will be handled.

Can I contact you outside office hours?

You can send a text or email at any time. Office hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, so messages that arrive in the evening or on weekends are answered on the next business day.
