HVACConsultants.ca exists for one kind of client: the owner of an HVAC, heating or cooling company who wants structured advice with a beginning and an end. We sell that advice in packages, a diagnostic, a 90-day plan, a retainer and an oversight review, each with a written scope. The service is Canadian, headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies.
The company and the group
Sedighi.ca is Ali's growth, marketing and technology consulting company, and HVACConsultants.ca sits under it alongside sister brands such as HVAC.Agency, HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca. The wider group also includes SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone), a Canadian consulting firm for strategy, AI and revenue acceleration that Ali founded and leads as Founder and Managing Partner.
What that means in practice: when an advisory package finds that your company needs marketing carried out, there is a sister business, HVAC.Agency, that does exactly that. We will tell you when that is the right move, and we will also tell you when it isn't. Advice and execution are proposed separately, in writing, so you can accept one without the other.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi leads every package. His background, in the facts we publish:
- MBA in Technology Management
- 17+ years in the field, beginning in 2007 with ONE.ir, the full-service digital marketing agency he set up
- founder of MyAutomation.ca and of Conv.ca, which specialises in conversion-rate optimisation
- Founder and Managing Partner of SAZ.ca
- 150+ live HVAC websites built, including CombiBoiler.ca, GasBoilers.ca, RomaHeating.ca, CanroHeat.ca and HVACDeal.ca
- Clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai
- lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia
That mix of building HVAC websites, running conversion work and leading a strategy firm is the reason the packages cover marketing, operations and growth together. A company's marketing results depend on who answers the phone and how quotes get followed up, and you only see that when you have watched the same pattern across many HVAC businesses.
How we work
Four rules shape every engagement:
- Scope in writing first. What's included, what isn't, the timeline and the price are written down before any work begins.
- Ali leads, and nobody else appears unannounced. If a package needs specialist help, such as a web developer, a call-answering provider or a bookkeeper, the person or firm and their role are agreed in writing first.
- Numbers over opinions. Findings and recommendations come with the arithmetic behind them, and we mark anything we could not verify.
- You own everything. Reports, plans, scorecards and any accounts set up during a package belong to your company.
Work happens in person or by video call, phone, shared documents, text and email. We usually reply within one business day.
What we are not
Our clients are Canadian HVAC and heating companies, and what we sell them is digital marketing and business advice. Nobody here installs, repairs or services equipment, because we are not an HVAC contractor. The packages are business and marketing consulting only: they don't include engineering, mechanical design, inspection or code-compliance services. When a question touches licensing, permits or safety codes, we point you to the regulator in your province, listed on each of our region pages, and leave the answer to them.
Who we tend to work with
Our packages suit owner-led HVAC, heating and cooling companies from roughly three trucks upward, in any province or territory. Typical clients are the founder who has grown past the point where every decision fits in their head, the second-generation owner taking over, and the general manager asked to deliver growth without a bigger budget.
Where to go next
Read the packages overview to see what each stage covers, look at the results from our HVAC work, or check pricing for how packages are quoted. If you only want a single strategy session rather than a package, Ali's one-on-one service at HVACConsultant.ca is designed for that.
Frequently asked questions
Is HVACConsultants.ca a large consulting firm?
No. It is a focused advisory service led by Ali Sedighi. We don't present a bench of consultants, because packages are delivered by Ali, with any specialist help named and agreed in writing first.
How does HVACConsultants.ca relate to HVAC.Agency?
Both are part of the Sedighi.ca group. HVAC.Agency carries out marketing for HVAC companies on monthly plans. HVACConsultants.ca sells advice, plans and oversight in packages, and doesn't run your marketing for you.
Where are you based?
We are headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and work with HVAC companies across Canada in person or by video call, phone, text and email.
Do you offer technical or code advice?
No. We offer business and marketing consulting, not engineering, mechanical design, inspection or code-compliance services. Technical and regulatory questions belong with your licensed staff and the regulator in your province.
